To ensure the best printing results, please follow these guidelines when submitting artwork:
Artwork should be in Vector format (.ai or .eps). Raster files (.jpg, .png, .tiff) must have a minimum resolution of 300dpi at the intended print size.
Limit the design to a maximum of three colors.
The thinnest line width must be at least 1 point.
Avoid gradients, shadows, or color tints.
Convert all text to outlines.
NEP Promotions can modify or recreate most file formats to meet printing requirements. A $90/hr (V) art fee will be applied, with a minimum charge of 15 minutes.
Standard Ink Colors
We offer standard ink colors at no additional cost. Please refer to the provided chart. For accurate color matching, we recommend consulting a Pantone Solid Coated color book, as screen colors may vary. A PMS color match service is available for $36.00 (V).

Lead Times
Blank Products: Standard production time is one business day. During peak seasons, orders may take 24–48 hours to ship. Verify lead times via email at sales@neppromotions.com.
Decorated Products: Production begins only after approved artwork and prepayment. Typical production time is 4–5 business days. For precise timelines, contact us.
Rush Services
Expedited services are available for an additional fee. Some products may be excluded. Print-ready artwork and upfront payment are required for rush orders. Contact us for details.
Product Samples
Samples Under $10.00 EQP Net: Free shipping is available with a distributor-provided FedEx or UPS account number.
Samples Over $10.00 EQP Net: A 20% discount off EQP applies, with the same shipping account requirement.
Samples are provided with random imprint and color. Specific color requests are accommodated when possible; if unavailable, a swatch will be included.
Samples are non-refundable.
Pre-production Samples
Includes a screen charge of $50.00 (V), with additional colors at $50.00 (V) per color.
Production time: 1–2 business days after art approval.
Pre-production samples are shipped overnight unless specified otherwise.
If a minimum order is placed, the sample cost will be credited toward the order, making the sample FREE.
