Artwork

Please submit all artwork to art@neppromotions.com. Please include the distributor's name, P.O. number and contact information in the subject line.

Artwork Submission

NEP Promotions utilizes Adobe Illustrator (.ai) & Adobe Photoshop (.psd) for all art and proof design. We require all artwork to be submitted in .ai, .psd, or .eps file. We will accept PDF files if the internal artwork is of vector quality. All .eps will be accepted, if the file has been exported in the proper .eps format and not merely renamed as such. We do not accept .jpeg or.png files as production ready art. Always include a hard copy of the artwork with your PO. If you are unable to provide the required art file formats, please contact art@neppromotions.com. Please note that non-production ready art might result in additional art charges or delay the production schedule.

NEP Promotions requires clean, crisp art that is sized to the proper dimensions. (Please reference individual products for maximum print area.) If no art size or imprint location is specified on the PO or in the artwork, we reserve the right to choose the art size and imprint location. All text must be converted to curves, outlines or paths. If this is not possible, please submit the exact name of the font. NEP Promotion reserves the right to recommend a substitute font if the exact font can’t be located.

Additional Art Information

• All artwork should be a minimum of 300 PPI.
• All colors vary when viewing on different monitors. Unless a PMS color match has been specified and paid for on the P.O., please reference our standard ink color chart for all imprint colors.
• Please refer to individual products for recommended or maximum print area sizes.
• NEP Promotions can recreate or alter most file formats to printing requirements, but an additional art charge will be applied to the invoice at a rate of $94.00/hr (v) with a minimum of 15 minutes being billed.
• PMS Color match or custom color match: $49.50(v)

Please refer to Pantone Solid Coated color book. Colors will appear differently on screen.

Lead Times

Blank Products

Blank products are sold at End Quantity Pricing. Standard production time for blank goods is one business day. However, during certain times of the year orders may take 24-48 hours to ship. Please contact sales@neppromotions.com to confirm current lead time.

Decorated Products

Please note: All orders must be complete with approved artwork and paid deposit before being scheduled for production.

• Four Days – Screenprint one color up to 2,000 pcs. Multi-color up to 1500 pcs. Heat Transfer up to 3,000 pcs. Embroider – QUR
• Six Days – Screenprint one color up to 5,000 pcs. Multi-color up to 4000 pcs. Heat Transfer up to 7,000 pcs. Embroider – QUR
• Eight Days – Screenprint one color up to 5,000-10,000+ pcs. Multi-color up to 7,000+ pcs. Heat Transfer up to 10,000+ pcs.

Rush Services

If you require service quicker than the QuickTurn™ Shipping Program, please contact sales@neppromotions.com. NEP Promotions can guarantee next day service with an additional rush charge. Some product exclusions may apply. We require camera ready art and pre-payment for all rush orders.

Product Samples

All samples under $10.00 EQP Net ship for FREE with a distributor supplied shipper number. (FedEx or UPS) Samples greater than $10.00 EQP Net can be purchased at 20% off EQP with a supplied distributor shipper number. Samples will ship with a random imprint unless noted in the sample request. No refunds on samples applicable.

Pre-production Sample

• EQP on item plus a screen charge of $29.00(v). For additional colors add $20.00(v) per color. Standard production time for a pre-pro sample is 1-2 business days after art approval. All pre-pro samples will be shipped overnight unless another shipping method is noted on the P.O.
• If the distributor ultimately places a minimum order of the pre-production sample, we will credit the pre-production sample towards the order, which results in it being FREE.
