Payment Terms:
All custom imprinted orders require a 50% deposit at time of purchase order with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. Production will not begin until prepayment is received along with approved artwork. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. For credit terms of Net 30 days, credit references must be supplied. Please request our credit application at info@neppromotions.com. Please allow for additional processing time for responses. Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% per month interest charge.

Shipping Information & Requirements: Shipping: FOB Peterborough, NH 03458. NEP Promotions reserves the right to determine the best shipping method unless specified on the original P.O. All costs of transportation & insurances shall be borne by the customer and all risk of loss is passed to the distributor once the products have been received by the carrier, whether the carrier is selected by the distributor or by NEP Promotions. NEP Promotions reserves the right to make split shipments.
Drop Shipments:
Orders with more than three drop ship locations will be charged $5.99(v) per location, per release, plus all freight costs and insurances. All drop ship locations need to be submitted with the P.O. in an Excel™ format. If drop shipments are received after initial P.O. is submitted an additional charge may be applied.
International Ordering and Shipment Information:
All pricing is based in U.S. dollars and does not contain Duties, Custom fees or Value Added Taxes. Products shipping to Canada does not have any Duties as NEP Promotions items are made in the USA. Please contact info@neppromotions.com or call 603-567-4301 for all additional information regarding ordering, samples, production and shipping times. NEP Promotions cannot guarantee in hands dates for international shipments due to potential customs and shipping delays.
Over Runs/Under Runs:
NEP Promotions reserves the right to ship 5% over or under and bill accordingly.
Order Returns/Cancellations:
All orders are considered firm once the 50% deposit has been charged. Cancellations of any order will only be accepted if the merchandise hasn’t been decorated. All cancellations need to be made in writing and received by NEP Promotions prior to the scheduled production date. Phone cancellations are not acceptable.

All orders are subject to product availability. NEP Promotions cannot be liable for delays due to material shortages, customs, shipping, or acts of God. Due to the manufacturing process, all product dimensions have acceptable variations of 1/4″, decorations also allows 1/8″ variation. We highly recommend you review actual samples before order confirmation. Please note that NEP Promotions cannot guarantee the product colors, textures, exact shade, size, weight, colorfastness, and construction of finished products. When printing on material, PMS color matches might be influenced by the underlying color due to the transparent nature of the ink. Any discrepancies in quantity received must be reported to NEP Promotions within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. All logos shown in the catalogs are for illustration purposes and do not represent that the products are endorsed or produced by the owners of the artwork, designs, or trademarks and are not for sales unless by authorized owner.
